Every detail of this place was great, all the staff were helpful, the room was huge and impressive with central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave, and the location was exceptionally nice.

The rooms here are spacious with showers, the staff is friendly, they provide cereal and muffins for breakfast, and it's located near other activities making it a great setting.

The breakfast options were great, with a variety of food like cereal and muffins. Units were easily accessible for handicapped individuals. The hotel's location was ideal for being close to the theme park, Hot Springs restaurants, Magic Springs, and the town.

The staff here were amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and provided amenities, including a shower and breakfast with cereal and muffins.

Great location for food options, plus easy access to Magic Springs amusement park and other attractions nearby. The staff were super friendly and even hooked us up with a sweet room upgrade that had a hot tub! 🌟

Stayed here for 1 night and really enjoyed our choice. Our queen room was good looking with easy access for handicapped person, the coffee pot and hot tub. A shower and hair dryers were very handy. All the personnel was helpful and excellent. The location was nice, right by Close to Magic Springs, and Hot Springs restaurants.

The room I stayed in was impressive and spacious with a hot tub, there was easy access for people with disabilities, and the service was fantastic throughout my entire stay.

The room had a hot tub. The personnel were honest and pleasant. The hotel was close to the amusement park on Memorial Day and other activities in Hot Springs. The location was convenient, only 4 miles away from Shelter.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at Red Carpet. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the pet-friendly policy. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed the outdoor pool and breakfast options. we had a great experience.

The hot tub in the room was good. The room was very large about the size of one and a half of normal hotels.

Rooms were old and out dated the first room carpet was stained and cigarette burns all over carpet. When requested to stay only one of the 2 nights they offered us another room it was a little better not a lot but we stayed anyway. They said they would put the other room out of service until it was repaired which was just next to our new room, guess what it was rented out the very next day to another couple this wasn't right they are just not going to make repairs just keep renting the same old run down room beware they also own 2 other hotel in the area I was told.

They did give us our money back

I got a room with a hot tub,it was filthy, soap scum and bugs in tub,not a little a lot. It was 103 degrees outside and the air was not on. It was boiling hot in the room. When I called the offfice about these issues they said if I came back to the office they would refund my money. The owner was not nice,friendly or sorry. We went down the street to the Red Roof Inn, very clean cool and nice,we enjoyed our stay there and would return.

Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They quickly addressed any issues we had and provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings, creating a comfortable atmosphere. We appreciated their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our needs. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay. 🌟
